👀 First Things First!

Before you get stuck in, hit Duplicate (top right) to copy this into your own Notion. This is the master copy—so unless you want everyone seeing your goals (awkward), make it your own!

Duplicating it just means a new and editable version will populate into your notion that I (or anyone else) can’t see.

Then - Watch the 12-minute tutorial below. I know, I know—you’re ready to work, but this will save you from yelling, “WHY ISN’T THIS WORKING?!” at your screen later.

Trust me. Rufus will still be here when you’re done. 😉

12 Week Focus Goals

<aside> 💡 In the table below, click + new page and add 1-3 goals for the next 12 weeks. Remember that each goal should be realistic but challenging and should align with your long-term vision. Also, keep them simple as you will break them down more in the next step.

The Tracker

<aside> 👉🏻 This is your weekly Tracker—your space to break big goals into small, doable steps. Each week, copy the list of actions Rufus mapped out that you need to take. Some might be one-time tasks, like launching a new product or updating your website. For those, just add the task for that week and enter “1” under the Times per Week column.

For things you’ll do regularly—like posting on Instagram three times a week or checking in with clients daily—add the action to each week and enter the number of times you’ll do it (like “3” for Instagram or “7” for daily tasks).

It’s best to plan out all 12 weeks now so you have a clear roadmap, but you can always adjust as life happens. When you’re done, scroll to the last section for some reflection questions to help you stay focused and make this planner part of your daily flow.

Tasks

Preparing for Hiccups

<aside> 📌 Before you dive into your 12-week plan, take a moment to think about what might get in the way and how you can stay on track. These questions are here to help you spot potential challenges and build a solid plan to overcome them.

  1. What support do I need around me?

– Are there people I can ask for help, guidance, or accountability?

– Do I need to delegate any tasks to free up time?

  1. What tools or software could make this easier?,.[

– Are there apps, systems, or resources I need to research or set up?

– Do I need to automate or streamline any part of my workflow?

  1. What might hold me back?

– Are there any mindset blocks, fears, or doubts that could slow me down?

– Am I procrastinating on anything already? Why?

  1. Where am I likely to struggle with taking action?

– Which tasks feel overwhelming or unclear?

– Are there habits I need to break or new routines I need to build?

  1. What distractions could pull me off course?

– How can I minimize these distractions ahead of time?

– Do I need to set better boundaries with my time and energy?

  1. Where should I focus my energy right now to make this plan work?

– Are there skills I need to sharpen or decisions I’ve been avoiding?

– What’s one small step I can take today to make progress feel easier?

  1. How will I stay motivated when things get tough?

– What’s my deeper reason for wanting to reach these goals?

– Can I set up small rewards or milestones to celebrate along the way?

Take your time with these—being honest with yourself here will make it so much easier to stay on track and handle whatever comes up during your 12-week journey.

<aside> 👉🏻 That’s it—you’re all set up!

To keep things simple, collapse all the other weeks you’re not working on so you’re only focused on your current week’s actions. Whenever you need a little motivation boost, take a moment to revisit your bigger vision and remind yourself why you started.

As you check off tasks, mark them in the boxes and keep an eye on your weekly score in the Score column. Aim to stay above 85%, but don’t stress about being perfect—just focus on steady progress.

Break it down, take it one week at a time, and it’ll feel so much more manageable. Progress over perfection. You’ve got this!
