• [ ] Research any new trends, gossip, hot topics, controversy etc within your niche
• [ ] Create / Prep assets from Canva Templates
• [ ] Take photos, b-roll, create mood boards or flatlays or visual content as you go during the week.
• [ ] Edit the end result in Lightroom or a similar photo editing application where needed
• [ ] Outline all the key points for each intended post Hook, Caption, CTA in your templates on calendar
• [ ] Draft the AI version go in and give commands for each caption
• [ ] Add tags/links etc where needed to remind you to do so when scheduling.
• [ ] Upload and insert final canva asset into Notion calendar.
• [ ] SEO/Add keywords

• [ ] Each Monday set aside 1.5hours of your Marketing Monday to schedule the next 8 days of content into your calendar
• [ ] This is where you personalise your AI captions and bring your tone of voice and brand identity in.
• [ ] Leave some room for one post per week of your choice this is where you can be fluid and responsive to what’s happening in the world/your business's.
• [ ] Schedule/Publish each post into Meta Business Suite (or your chosen scheduling app) OR
• [ ] Set reminder for times to post each and manually post when it goes off
• [ ] If you need paid advertising sign off on and create those now for the coming week.
• [ ] Promote in your stories, what’s coming up etc
• [ ] Schedule time inside the following Marketing Monday to review and fill in your Analytics.
